What are Bow Wow Bucks?

Bow Wow Bucks is a rewards program for our valued customers to earn “Bucks” on purchases made on bowwowlabs.com (after discounts and before taxes and shipping) for redemption at a later point in time.
How do I sign up for Bow Wow Bucks?

Joining the program is easy! Simply make your pup’s purchase on bowwowlabs.com and create an account. Creating an account automatically enrolls you into our Bow Wow Bucks rewards program.
I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account are automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.
How do I earn bucks?

Bow Wow Bucks are earned for every purchase made on bowwowlabs.com. Five “Bucks'' are awarded for every $1 US Dollar spent.
How can I redeem my bucks?

To redeem your rewards, you must be signed into your Bow Wow Labs account. To redeem, use our handy drop down menu and select an available reward offer from the rewards drop down at checkout.
Do my Bow Wow Bucks ever expire?

Yes. Bow Wow Bucks will expire after one year of inactivity. See Terms and Conditions and Redeeming Bucks section for further information.
Is there a way to earn additional Bow Wow Bucks?

Yes! There are numerous ways to earn additional “Bucks!” Visit our loyalty page (www.bowwowlabs.com/rewards) to learn how!
Are there any purchase requirements when using my rewards Bucks?

In order to use your “Bucks,” the total purchase value in your cart must be equal to or less than the value of the “Bucks” looking to be redeemed.
For example, if your cart total is $19.95, before taxes and shipping, you may use any coupon that is valued at $19.95 or less. The qualifying coupon offers will appear in the dropdown menu at checkout.

How long after making a purchase will my Bow Wow Bucks be reflected on my account?

Your earned “Bucks” will appear once your order has been fulfilled by bowwowlabs.com.
How can I check the balance of my bucks?

You can check the balance of your Bow Wow Bucks by heading to the rewards page after you’ve logged in to bowwowlabs.com.
How can I check my Bow Wow Bucks status?

Log in to bowwowlabs.com, and check your VIP Tier status by scrolling down to the VIP Tier section – the tier that you are in will say “current status” above it.
Help! I can't log into my account...What do I do?

Reach out to customer service, by phone at (415) 634-5606 or via email at hello@bowwowlabs.com. They can help locate the email that you used to create your account, then you will have to reset your password.
How can I update my account information?

Log in to bowwowlabs.com, go to your account page and update your information as needed.
Can I transfer or merge my Bow Wow Bucks between two separate accounts?

Customer service can assist you with transferring Bucks from one of your accounts to another.
Can I earn Bow Wow Bucks for purchases made on Amazon, Walmart, etc?

No, Bow Wow Bucks can only be earned from purchases made on bowwowlabs.com.
Bucks, Offers & Discount Questions
Are my Bow Wow Bucks redeemable on my subscription orders?

Yes! Log in to your bowwowlabs.com account and select ‘Manage Subscription’. If a discount is available, select the coupon offer and it will automatically be applied to your next recurring order.
If I return an item that was purchased using Bow Wow Bucks, will those Bucks be returned to me?

If you use your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards will be credited back to your rewards account.
For example, if you use a $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded on your credit card and the $10 reward credit will be deposited back into your rewards account.
Am I able to bucks for a previous order I made as a guest?

If the purchase was made after April 17, 2023, bucks have accumulated for any purchase(s) you may have made on bowwowlabs.com. In order to view and redeem your bucks, you must create an account.
Return and Exchange Policy
What is Bow Wow Labs return policy?

If you find that any Bow Wow Labs product isn't a perfect fit for your pup, please let us know. We offer a 60-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase.
We are always happy to try and help you find a solution if something isn't the perfect fit. Please email hello@bowwowlabs.com with your order # so we can help.

Are there shipping fees?

FREE Shipping on one-time orders of $45 or more. Subscribe & Save to one or more of our products, receive 10% off, and enjoy $3 shipping no matter the size of your order. IPR/Retail customers will pay shipping that is calculated at the time of check out.
How do I update my shipping address?

To update your address login to the Bow Wow Labs website.
Once logged in you will see your account information. To update your address click "View addresses" on the right hand side of the screen. Add or update your address and set it as the default. This will update your default address for your customer profile.
To update your address for your subscription, click "Manage Subscriptions." and update your address in the “Update Shipping Address” section.
Now your address will be fully updated. Please reach out to hello@bowwowlabs.com if you have any further questions.
The Bow Wow Buddy
What is a Bow Wow Buddy?

The Bow Wow Buddy is not a toy. It is a safety device with a playful look and feel. It’s a simple-to-use, dog-friendly safety device designed to tightly grip Bow Wow Labs’ long term chews, such as the Safe Fit Bully Sticks™ and collagen sticks, preventing dogs from swallowing and choking on the last little bit. Bow Wow Buddy maximizes enjoyment for dogs while minimizing stress for owners. Once your pup chews the stick down, remove and discard the last bit of stick, then wash and store the Bow Wow Buddy in a safe place until the next use.
The Bow Wow Buddy Safety Device comes in 6 different sizes that range from an X-Small for dogs under 15 pounds all the way through the XX-Large for dogs over 100+ pounds. The most important pairing will be making sure you are buying the right Bow Wow Buddy for the Safe Fit Bully Stick™ you will be using, even for super chewers. If for example your dog is 60 lbs but prefers midsized sticks, we'll have you try out the Bow Wow Buddy Small first since the Bow Wow Buddy LG will be too big for a midsized Safe Fit Bully Stick.

How do I use the Bow Wow Buddy?

Using the knob on the side of the Bow Wow Buddy, unscrew the bolt enough for the Safe Fit Bully Stick™ to fit in the center hole.
•
Hold the Bow Wow Buddy so that the hole is in the center of your palm, and insert the Safe Fit Bully Stick into the hole. The bottom of the Safe Fit Bully Stick should rest on your hand and be even with the bottom edge of the Bow Wow Buddy.

To tighten it in place, twist the knob in a clockwise position until the pointed end of the bolt pushes into the Safe Fit Bully Stick.
•
Once the knob is all the way tight, give the Safe Fit Bully Stick a tug to make sure it is snug.
What is the Bow Wow Buddy made of and how long will it last?

The Bow Wow Buddy is made of durable Nylon material. It has been tested for lead and BPA and is free of both! It is meant to be durable and strong for your pup but just remember the Bow Wow Buddy is a safety device and not a chew toy!
It should last throughout many cycles of use as long as the appropriate sized dog is using the appropriate sized Bow Wow Buddy. The Bow Wow Buddy™ Safety Device is dishwasher safe for easy clean up after chewing sessions.
Please also note that your pup should always be supervised when using the Bow Wow Buddy. If your dog finishes chewing their Safe Fit™ Bully Stick and is then left with a safety device that smells like a bully stick but with no bully stick to chew, chances are they will try to chew the Bow Wow Buddy itself which will then start to show wear and tear. Once the Safe Fit Bully Stick has been chewed, store the Bow Wow Buddy in a safe place until your dog's next chew session.

I have my own bully sticks but not all of them fit the Bow Wow Buddy, what do I do?

We can only guarantee the safety of the Bow Wow Buddy when using Bow Wow Labs bully sticks. The reason why our sticks are premium (aside from being grass-fed, hormone- and chemical-free) is that EACH stick is hand-sorted and selected by our team to fit the Bow Wow Buddy. That means that when you buy a 10-pack or a 20-pack from us, each one of those sticks has been selected because it fits the Bow Wow Buddy. That's why our sticks are such a great value!
Where are your bully sticks sourced from?

Our Safe Fit Bully Sticks™ are sourced from grass-fed, free-range cattle. They are never treated with chemicals and are 100% hormone-free. They are also baked at high temperatures after they are hung to dry to further eliminate any harmful bacteria. We source our beef from South America and Turkey because the production is more sustainable and the beef is of higher quality.
Does the Bow Wow Buddy hold other dog chews?

Bow Wow Labs can only guarantee the safety of your pet when Bow Wow Labs Safe Fit Bully Sticks™ are used with the Bow Wow Buddy. That said, if the chews you have are a similar size, shape and hardness to Safe Fit Bully Sticks, you might be in luck!
What do I do once my dog has chewed the bully stick down?

Unscrew the tightening knob located on the side of your Bow Wow Buddy to release the last piece of the Safe Fit Bully Stick™ – the choking hazard – and properly dispose of it. Store your Bow Wow Buddy in a safe spot for its next use.
