The strength of the bond we humans have with our pets has been known for a long time. Newer findings now show that interacting with our pets helps us with comfort, solace, stress relief and joy in measurable amounts. And that doesn’t even begin to account for the companionship factor! We love our pets and treat them like family, and when we lose them, it is a grief we cannot measure.

That’s why it’s important to remember that dogs and cats encounter safety and health hazards every day, most of which are avoidable. If you have a dog who loves to chew, for example, the chew toys and treats (and the things you wish they wouldn’t chew up) can pose significant choking or intestinal blockage risks. One of these risks is with bully stick treats.

In fact, Bully Buddy inventor, Scott, nearly lost his dog, Finn, to the tail end of a bully stick and that scare was enough to send him on a mission to do something to keep his dog (and yours) safer.
