If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition.
How to start a return or exchange
- Sign in to your account at bowwowlabs.com with the email from your order. We'll email you a 6-digit code, no password needed.
- Open the order and tap "Return items", then choose what you're sending back and why.
- We'll email you within 1 business day with next steps and, if the item needs to come back, a free prepaid return label.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost. In most cases we won't need the item back.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, and received if it needs to come back, we'll refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post it. You can also choose store credit or an exchange instead.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Start a return and tell us the size you'd like, and we'll send the exchange. If the new item costs more, we'll send you a link to pay the difference.
Subscriptions
To change, skip or cancel a subscription, use Manage My Subscriptions in your account.
Bow Wow Bucks
If you paid with a Bow Wow Bucks gift card, that amount goes back onto the gift card when your refund is processed.
