The Bow Wow Buddy is a safety device designed to hold bully sticks and prevent dogs from swallowing dangerous small pieces. It locks onto the bully stick and releases when the stick gets too short to be safely chewed.
What size Bow Wow Buddy do I need?
We offer different sizes based on your dog's weight:
- X-Small: For dogs under 15 lbs
- Small: For dogs 16-30 lbs
- Medium: For dogs 31-50 lbs
- Large: For dogs 51-75 lbs
- X-Large: For dogs 76+ lbs

Yes! The Bow Wow Buddy is made from FDA-compliant, BPA-free materials. It's designed to be durable enough to withstand aggressive chewers while being completely safe for your pet. The device is also recommended by veterinarians nationwide.
How do I use the Bow Wow Buddy?
Simply insert a bully stick into the Bow Wow Buddy, twist to lock it in place, and give it to your dog. The device will hold the stick securely while your dog enjoys it. When the stick gets too short (about 2 inches), remove it and replace with a new one.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $59 within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping to other countries in the future.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition.
How do I start a return?
Sign in to your account with the email from your order, open the order and tap Return items. Choose what you're sending back and why, and we'll email you within 1 business day with next steps and a prepaid return label if it's needed. Need a hand? Email hello@bowwowlabs.com with your order number.
What if my product is defective?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, start a return from your order and tell us it arrived damaged, or email hello@bowwowlabs.com. We'll send you a replacement right away at no additional cost.
