<br />If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.</p>

<p>If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.</p>

<p>For your dog’s safety, be sure to properly use our products, which includes sufficiently tightening the Buddy Buddy around the bully stick and using only our bully sticks. Our bully sticks have been hand-selected to fit with our Bully Buddy. If bully sticks from other vendors are used in the Bully Buddy, the sticks may not fit properly and could be removed from the Bully Buddy by your dog during use. Pets should be supervised while enjoying our products.</p>

<p>We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
