Bow Wow Bucks is a rewards program for our valued customers to earn “Bucks” on purchases made on bowwowlabs.com (after discounts and before taxes and shipping) for redemption at a later point in time.

Joining the program is easy! Simply make your pup’s purchase on bowwowlabs.com and create an account. Creating an account automatically enrolls you into our Bow Wow Bucks rewards program.

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account are automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

Bow Wow Bucks are earned for every purchase made on bowwowlabs.com. Five “Bucks'' are awarded for every $1 US Dollar spent.

To redeem your rewards, you must be signed into your Bow Wow Labs account. To redeem, use our handy drop down menu and select an available reward offer from the rewards drop down at checkout.

Yes. Bow Wow Bucks will expire after one year of inactivity. See Terms and Conditions and Redeeming Bucks section for further information.

Yes! There are numerous ways to earn additional “Bucks!” Visit our loyalty page (www.bowwowlabs.com/pages/rewards) to learn how!

In order to use your “Bucks,” the total purchase value in your cart must be equal to or less than the value of the “Bucks” looking to be redeemed.

For example, if your cart total is $19.95, before taxes and shipping, you may use any coupon that is valued at $19.95 or less. The qualifying coupon offers will appear in the dropdown menu at checkout.

Your earned “Bucks” will appear once your order has been fulfilled by bowwowlabs.com.

You can check the balance of your Bow Wow Bucks by heading to the rewards page after you’ve logged in to bowwowlabs.com.

Log in to bowwowlabs.com, and check your VIP Tier status by scrolling down to the VIP Tier section – the tier that you are in will say “current status” above it.

Log in to bowwowlabs.com, go to your account page and update your information as needed.

Customer service can assist you with transferring Bucks from one of your accounts to another.

No, Bow Wow Bucks can only be earned from purchases made on bowwowlabs.com.

Yes! Log in to your bowwowlabs.com account and select ‘Manage Subscription’. If a discount is available, select the coupon offer and it will automatically be applied to your next recurring order.

If you use your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards will be credited back to your rewards account.

For example, if you use a $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded on your credit card and the $10 reward credit will be deposited back into your rewards account.

"If the purchase was made after April 17, 2023, bucks have accumulated for any purchase(s) you may have made on bowwowlabs.com. In order to view and redeem your bucks, you must create an account.

The Bow Wow Buddy® is not a toy. It is a safety device with a playful look and feel. It’s a simple-to-use, dog-friendly safety device designed to tightly grip Bow Wow Labs’ long term chews, such as the SafeFit® Bully Sticks and collagen sticks, preventing dogs from swallowing and choking on the last little bit. The Bow Wow Buddy® maximizes enjoyment for dogs while minimizing stress for owners. Once your pup chews the stick down, remove and discard the last bit of stick, then wash and store the Bow Wow Buddy® in a safe place until the next use.

The Bow Wow Buddy® Safety Device comes in 6 different sizes that range from an X-Small for dogs under 15 pounds all the way through the XX-Large for dogs over 100+ pounds. The most important pairing will be making sure you are buying the right Bow Wow Buddy® for the SafeFit® Bully Stick you will be using, even for super chewers. If for example your dog is 60 lbs but prefers midsized sticks, we'll have you try out the Bow Wow Buddy® Small first since the Bow Wow Buddy® LG will be too big for a midsized SafeFit® Bully Stick.

1. Using the knob on the side of the Bow Wow Buddy®, unscrew the bolt enough for the Safe Fit Bully Stick™ to fit in the center hole.

2. Hold the Bow Wow Buddy® so that the hole is in the center of your palm, and insert the Safe Fit Bully Stick into the hole. The bottom of the Safe Fit Bully Stick should rest on your hand and be even with the bottom edge of the Bow Wow Buddy®.

3. To tighten it in place, twist the knob in a clockwise position until the pointed end of the bolt pushes into the Safe Fit Bully Stick.

4. Once the knob is all the way tight, give the Safe Fit Bully Stick a tug to make sure it is snug.

The Bow Wow Buddy® is made of durable Nylon material. It has been tested for lead and BPA and is free of both! It is meant to be durable and strong for your pup but just remember the Bow Wow Buddy® is a safety device and not a chew toy!

It should last throughout many cycles of use as long as the appropriate sized dog is using the appropriate sized Bow Wow Buddy®. Please note this product is not dishwasher safe and should be hand-washed only.

Please also note that your pup should always be supervised when using the Bow Wow Buddy®. If your dog finishes chewing their SafeFit® Bully Stick and is then left with a safety device that smells like a bully stick but with no bully stick to chew, chances are they will try to chew the Bow Wow Buddy® itself which will then start to show wear and tear. Once the Safe Fit Bully Stick has been chewed, store the Bow Wow Buddy® in a safe place until your dog's next chew session.

By signing up for the club, you will receive a regular supply of our hand sorted and sized SafeFit® Bully Sticks, plus free shipping on ALL orders and many other great benefits. I have my own bully sticks but not all of them fit the Bow Wow Buddy, what do I do?

We can only guarantee the safety of the Bow Wow Buddy when using Bow Wow Labs bully sticks. The reason why our sticks are premium (aside from being grass-fed, hormone- and chemical-free) is that EACH stick is hand-sorted and selected by our team to fit the Bow Wow Buddy. That means that when you buy a 10-pack or a 20-pack from us, each one of those sticks has been selected because it fits the Bow Wow Buddy®. That's why our sticks are such a great value!

Our SafeFit® Bully Sticks  are sourced from grass fed, free range South American cattle. They are never treated with chemicals and are 100% hormone free. They are also baked at high temperatures after they are hung to dry to further eliminate any harmful bacteria. We also source from South America because the production is more sustainable and the beef is higher quality. To learn more about why we source from South America check out this blog post we wrote!

Bow Wow Labs can only guarantee the safety of your pet when Bow Wow Labs SafeFit® Bully Sticks  are used with the Bow Wow Buddy®. That said, if the chews you have are a similar size, shape and hardness to SafeFit® Bully Sticks, you might be in luck!

Unscrew the tightening knob located on the side of your Bow Wow Buddy to release the last piece of the SafeFit® Bully Stick – the choking hazard – and properly dispose of it. Store your Bow Wow Buddy in a safe spot for its next use.
